As a self-employed, seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients, agents and partners place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I quickly became a top producer after starting my career with Realty USA, in 1996. During these 16 years I developed a deep knowledge of the complex world of new construction. With the encouragement of my family, respected industry partners and clients, I decided to launch 21st properties in 2012; this was an excellent way for me to continue to provide the best service and results my clients deserved. Being my own boss and approaching 25 years as an industry expert has allowed me to provide a level of expertise, that makes each transaction seamless. I continue to love what I do, and enjoy sharing the extensive knowledge I have gained of the local Real Estate market with my peers, clients, and new agents, just beginning their careers.

My passion for real estate investing and superior negotiation skills, have afforded me the role of exclusively launching several new developments. New construction is a specialty and should not be entrusted to just anyone. It has been my pleasure to be involved in the launch of Fairway Estates, Fairway Meadows, Pointe West and currently Paar Estates. From start to finish, throughout the project development and home construction, I love guiding buyers to successful homeownership.
