Katina Terrault

Katina is a life-long resident of the Capital Region. Katina joins our team with an intricate knowledge of the new construction residential industry in which she has worked for the past fifteen years.

In this role she works closely with new homebuyers, real estate agents, engineers, and bank lenders to ensure that each project is completed to the highest possible standard. In addition, she has vast experience with property management and real estate renovation projects.
